Planning your perfect trip is easier than you think. Here's exactly what the process looks like when you work with Escapes by Julie:
1. Fill out the information on my Calendly link and schedule your 1:1 complimentary consultation.
It all starts here. Share the basics — where you'd love to go, when you're thinking, and your budget. This gives me a head start before we ever speak.
2. Complimentary 1:1 Consultation
During your complimentary call or Zoom, we'll get acquainted. I'll walk you through how my services work, explain any applicable planning fees, and — most importantly — get to know you. Your travel style, your must-haves, your dealbreakers. The more I know, the better I can build something truly tailored.
3. Research & Proposal
This is where I go to work. I research the best options available and come back to you with a curated proposal — typically three thoughtfully selected choices — so you have options without the overwhelm.
4. Agreement & Fees
Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign my Travel Services Agreement and any applicable fees (most trips will not incur fees) will be collected at this stage. Easy, transparent, and fully outlined before anything is booked.
5. We Refine the Plan Together
Your feedback matters. We'll review the proposal together and tweak it until it feels exactly right — the right resort, the right pace, the right experiences for your group.
6. Booking & Final Itinerary
Once you've given the green light, I handle all the bookings and pull everything together into a polished, detailed itinerary delivered straight to you. No loose ends.
7. Pre-Trip Support
As your trip approaches, I stay in touch. Expect reminders, packing tips, destination insights, and anything else that helps you feel fully prepared and excited — not stressed.
8. In-Trip Support
Once you're there, I'm still here. If anything unexpected comes up — a delay, a change, a question — I'm just a message away to help you navigate it so you can get back to enjoying your vacation.
